Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home in Frisco went way beyond in handling my mom's services. From the time they picked her up at the nursing home to the delivery to her final resting place in Bryan, the staff kept our wishes at bay. They gave us a day to be with family before making the final arrangements. They put together a nice obituary with the information we provided. The advanced planning made it so easy to just pick a date and time. The timing of the music we chose for the service was right on cue.

The staff here went above and beyond. Incredibly sensitive to my needs and working with me. They were very accommodating and offered as many options as possible so I can have a no stress process.

Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home was professional, compassionate, and incredibly efficient. They provided us with clear cost estimates the same day I contacted them. Before that, we had visited Stonebriar Funeral Home and Cremation Services, and the experience there was deeply disappointing—they tried to pressure us to sign an open-ended contract without disclosing the prices. In contrast, Turrentine handled everything we needed with care and clarity. During the heartbreaking time of losing our daughter, they truly were a blessing. I do not want to have to use a funeral home, but if I had to again I would only look at Turrentine Jackson Marrow Funeral Home.

Undoubtedly, one of the most difficult times in our family's life, Jennifer Bradley and the entire staff at Turrentine Jackson Morrow provided us with tremendous support, love, and amazing customer service. We will always appreciate how patient, caring, and supportive they were in our time of grief. Jennifer was there for us every step of the way and always provided my wife and I with a prompt reply with our inquiries. Jennifer also did a stellar job in assisting my wife and I in designing our son's memorial. We absolutely love how it turned out, and thankful for her patience during the entire process.

Berkshire Chapel, which is next door to the funeral home, is very well kept, spacious, and provides live streaming services for loved ones who are unable to attend. The entire staff did an excellent job during the viewing services, working and coordinating with our Pastor on the day of the funeral, and ensuring that both days went smoothly. The staff was also immensely kind and generous in dropping off our flowers to our home following the funeral services. We love Jennifer and the entire Turrentine Jackson Morrow (Frisco) team, and recommend them to any family that is looking for a trusted and reputable funeral home.
